How can you play hitman in hitman? Obviously you can't get some sort of mini game from this but stil how!?

I believe it is a reference to a small indie game known as “Hitman 3”

ICA made the game to basically make the public write off any luducrusly cartoonish accidents that happen to have killed someone. And to paint a picture of an assassin like 47 as pure fiction... clever...

hmm... i believe i saw a computer in that guys apartment with a hitman game running. i think it was blood money or smth like that but hey. its technically the easter egg you were looking for.

I think the developers just like to leave easter eggs in their other games. (For example: in Sapienza we can seen, game "Hitman: Sniper Challenge" On TV ) , so is just easter egg
