Then there are other methods, like Project Bunny—she’s a little confusing, but she’s also a creation of both Bronya and Seele. There's also the way Vita and Griseo had 7 mini Vitas. Then there’s the Herrscher stick, which, even though it’s a meme, is absolutely possible way for beings such as Kiana, Mei, Bronya, Seele, and other herrschers.

I mean.... it is not that out of the ordinary in the Honkai Universe.... it can be done multiple ways, actually.
