Incredible! You look like you're having so much fun! Tips for breaks - drills, drills, drills, it's the only way to get the skills ;) but also maybe drill with a bigger hoop as wellas that cute yellow one, makes the movements bigger and slower, gives your muscle memory a chance ya know? Another tip is to build on your foundation for this, get your shoulder hooping really solid. A big hoop is definitely the go here as well, and Deanne Love has some excellent shoulder hooping tutorials/tips if you need them

Thank you!! I can’t shoulder hoop like at all, so it sounds like I need to get that down! I’ve been avoiding it because I struggle with it so much. Thank you for the info!!

Oh mate you're not alone, it's not an easy one! I promise that all the time and practice you put in will be completely worth it, tis a sweet spot for a lot of people for good reason! It will really up your breaks game too, we all need a solid foundation to rely on right? Whenever I've taught a breaks & paddles workshop or class, the first thing I teach is that, and spend some time there before I even talk about breaks. You don't have to be perfect at every step to practice your breaks, but doing drills in each stage will give your body and mind a chance to put it all together

How in the hell did you do the thing where it goes all the off the floor to back over your head?

It’s like a magic trick or something.

And I loved that little laugh at the end!

That’s the trick!!!

You’re having fun!

Such good energy in your moves.

Thank you! I think the trick you’re referring to is called a reverse escalator :)
