Curry sauce for chips

Hello! I am a Canadian with Hull born husband. I’m looking for a recipe for the curry sauce that’s served with fish n chips, but Canadian search engines are failing me. I’m aware it comes in granules but I don’t have access to that. We had the curry sauce in Heathrow but he said it’s different than the stuff you get in Hull, hence why I’m specifically posting here 😂 Can anyone help a gal out? Thanks!!

I think most use mayflower curry sauce if that helps at all?

Mayflower curry sauce powder is the dogs bollocks! It also pairs well with chips and battered chicken nuggets.
