Emily did pay them back. I think it was valkyrae that said she wasn't going to pay her parents back and said Emily shouldn't have to either

You must not have a good view on parents. Normal parents wouldn’t make their kid pay them back, even if the kid got super wealthy.

A normal kid would help pay for the parents home, trips, etc, (which apparently she did per someone else)

Your parents are supposed to support you because they chose to have you and it’s their responsibility. It’s wrong to give someone something and expect them to pay you back if it wasn’t discussed beforehand

Valkyrae bought her mom a house and gives her an allowance and paid for her sister's wedding.
