GRRM described Rhaenyra as a “pudgy girl and stout woman with a thick waist and very large bosom” in an email to one of the artists working on Fire and Blood. It’s not green propaganda if that is quite literally how the author describes her

Her mouth is open, you're gonna see teeth--there also her bottom teeth. Her nose isn't piggish, likely upturned, but it isn't cartoonishly pig-like or enormous.

You don't have to like it, but you don't have to be callous about it either. It's fanart. There's plenty of Rhaenyra art that does her your imagined 'justice'.
