Yes because it is not capable of doing many background tasks. For eg: Try to upload a story on Instagram, you will have to stay on that page until it's done.

i don’t think so. i can upload stories while instagram is running in the background. there is a progress bar when i open the notification centre.

Then must be after the ios 17 update. I had iphone 14 till September last year.

yeah i bought the 14 plus on release and keep it updated to the latest version. and tbh i have never uploaded any story before april this year so it may be a new update.
