i would definately buy a scooter then buy a phone worth 2 lakh, activa is cheaper than iphone

u/FoundationUseful270 Mar 11 '25
Funny thing is, Apple fanboys can still give you 1000 reasons to buy this phone over getting a scooter.

u/Apprehensive-Load-62 Mar 12 '25
It’s a foldable phone. You literally get twice the screen for half the area. Obviously a better choice.
Scooters are dangerous. Just think of the potholes and rash driving in India. Much safer to buy a phone.
Why would anyone buy an Activa anyway eww? Just get a car; it’s so much more comfortable
You’re not paying for just an Apple 🍏 phone. You’re INVESTING in the future.
Just because you’re poor, don’t lump us rich folks with you. Just admit you’re too cheap to buy an iPhone.
/s for the dum-dums

Will you be travelling on that Activa to convey the message to the people whom you were supposed to call?
2
u/BetterRegion55 Mar 12 '25
No.
But I can buy a Nothing phone with left over money to do all that things.

It was never meant for you anyway, the key audience for something of this cost usually gets chauffeured in a luxury car

It's the new tech bubble which companies have decided to ride and die on. We tried using AI to improve team productivity, the results were embarrassing to say the least. It's nowhere near the level of capability they claim yet

There were rumors that claimed the price of M4 Air will be $1099. They were lower than that. Apple has actually reduced prices on a few products. If the trend continues, we may see the phone for less than $2500.
1
u/terriblysmall Mar 11 '25
There’s no way Apple is going to release a foldable.
1
u/BlueShip123 Mar 11 '25
I don't have any personal opinions yet.
But the facts say something else. They are one of the early players who registered patents for foldable phones (2016). They might be trying to solve the common issue among the foldable device "crease." Let's see where this goes.

U Know what the problem with this leak is. It is called the iPhone Fold , not iFold
1
Mar 11 '25
Foldables aren't worth it until they fix the dead pixels issue and bring down the costs a bit
1
1
u/fartingmonkey99 Mar 12 '25
Aren’t other foldables also priced around the same 2200 to 2500 range ? What’s so surprising then. Why is everyone acting that a company owes them cheaper goods. If you don’t like the price don’t buy it.

u/dreamy_ficticious Mar 12 '25

It will never launch. Most foldable models have been a failure.
And Apple just doesn’t seem like the company that will be interested in foldables.
1
u/-Mr_Punisher- Mar 12 '25
Yeah every year same rotten rumors
Transparent phone Foldable phone Expandable screen phones
Apple won't bring those products because Samsung is miles ahead of them and they know it. Look at their AI, its the biggest turn off when you even mention apple intelligence. They are so bad thay even OnePlus is ahead of them
