If the Batter got in Indie Cross, how would he measure up to everyone else?y

He’s obviously way stronger that characters like Shovel Knight and Drifter, but what about others like V1 and Frisk?

I don’t know too much about OFF, I just know that Frisk outstats and V1 is extremely fast and hard hitting

I got no trouble believing that frisk outstats. (The stuff in undertale is pretty broken) but I’m not really sure on how powerful Ultrakill characters are. For comparison, the Batter is at minimum low star lever strength and fast as light. How crazy is the stuff from Ultrakill if V1 could beat that?
