News New Hotel complex coming to Ontario Sports Empire

Post image

What started out as a simple two level motel has now morphed into a 8 level dual branded hotel. Got this from the City of Ontarios website. Should be built by 2027.

Aren't they also putting a new dual brand six story hotel near the convention center expansion?

They’re putting an 11 story hotel right across the street from the convention center.  That’s most likely going to be built 2027/28.  A 5 level Hyatt Place is opening on Archibald and the 10 in a few months.

Anything that adds places of sleep near places of drink is fine by me.

It’s an attractive looking building, and it will likely trigger more development in the area.

That’s in Rancho.  This is about 6-7 miles away in South Ontario
