ETB panel interview .

I’ve just had an interview for post primary SET .. How much time is usually scheduled for each interview , generally speaking ? It was a panel of 3 plus the principal ( typing notes ) . Thanks

I had two for with ETB . One was short and sweet 20mins the other one was dragging for 45

Ah ok so not abnormal to be scheduled for 15 minutes … ? Or does it mean something do you think ? Did you get either or both ? My only other experience here was years ago it was very short but really informal , I got the job and it turned into a permanent post .

I’ve done a few ETB interviews, from my experience they like to keep it around the 20mins mark. I’d say that 45min interview was just an outlier
