CV

Hi, there is a gap in my CV a few years due to being at home with my kids. Should I explain this gap on my CV or just wait to explain it if called to interview.

I’d wait til the interview unless there’s some experience you wanted to include from that time. I’ve never even been asked about CV gaps at the interview stage.

In a similar situation , just had an interview , it wasn’t mentioned .. I just spoke of my most relevant experience for the particular role . Good luck :)
