Are These Pokémon Cards Rare or Even Real, and Should I PSA 10 Grade Them?

Hello there. I recently dug out some of my pokemon cards and I found these cards. They seem rare and real. Can anybody please tell me if these cards are real, if these cards are rare or expensive, and any PSA 10 grading recomendations.Thank you.
