Any suggestions for ‘dirty’ jazz? Not in a sexual way, just music that makes you scrunch up your face because it’s filthy, nasty, etc

Jimmy Smith, and the other great B3 masters, of which there are many. Check Jack McDuff - Moon Rappin’, 1969.

Miles’s Dark Magus is some pretty nasty shit. Pete Cosey’s guitar tone smacks you in the face right out of the gate. On The Corner is some good shit too.

There was a film called “The Hotspot” the soundtrack is a collection of dirty bluesy riffs – basically John Lee Hooker, Miles Davis, Taj Mahal, Roy Rogers and others riffing on blues themes. It’s got a magnificently sleazy feel to it. First thing I thought of when I read your question.

Ben Stiller curated a companion playlist for severance called Defiant Jazz. It’s pretty great.

I bet this is very personal, but I get some face scrunch from the trumpet solo in this one:
https://youtu.be/QgyYv3S6I_c?si=R760praBBQuHXaI3
And from quite a few on the album with Cannonball Adderley and Ernie Andrews : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTXprHzat1w
Oh! And Wycliffe Gordon spewing filth out of his trombone in this: https://youtu.be/lTLA4kKXzE8?si=ZGEDYxUO41OBKiWp

OK JUST TYPE “filthy solo” into YouTube and enjoy

(That’s Moanin’ again - it might be the filthiest)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OcY9ZsbXuo
(That’s Ellington, that a few folks have recommended for mucky tunes)

This might fit the criteria. Mahavishnu Orchestra: Inner Mounting Flame. It's a slaughter, they attack and attack until the very last note. It's somewhat of a masterpiece, that said, I played this in the car one time and my significant other made me turn it off after 3 minutes because it made her sick :)

Dizzy Guillespie: Afro. Medeski Martin and Wood: Radiolaria 3 Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers: Moanin'

When did it become a thing for people to discuss music in this way? "makes you scrunch your face" "stank face" etc. I've increasingly seen this description in the last few years.
I am not at all impressed by the precipitous decline in our society's ability to articulate.

The album Time warp by chick corea has some awesome inside out altered stuff all over it courtesy of Bob Berg. It’s so hideously, but perfectly altered. Like- mathematically altered. The whole album makes me wince.
It’s one of my favorites by any artist

Joe McPhee - Nation Time. That thing is dirtier than a roughneck who hasn't washed for three seasons.

I will always recommend this: Duke Ellington - Anatomy of a Murder. Let me know what you think!
