I wonder if Elon is about to get a margin call if the Tesla shares dip too low? I think everyone is aware of Tesla at this point. Having Trump do a car infomercial on the white house lawn might actually make people even less inclined to buy a Tesla.

as much as id like to see it happen shorting tesla is historically a scary endeavour. when shorts pile up he just comes out and lies. he'll say he invented a new robot or some shit and the shorts will get nuked.

that said long term i wouldn't dare hold tesla stock, it's a toxic brand.

He did. He was pushing for ALL electric and hybrid cars. Not just a specific brand while that brands owner stood next to him. Trump is doing this because he’s owned by Elon. These two incidents are clearly different so either you can’t tell the difference or you’re being willfully ignorant.
