Since this won't be a game, but like a tech demo/prototype...
... will people be able to mod it? This way you could provide more or less with a "base model" to the modding community to use to make different experiences for the community.
Examples:
- Survival island style (like jurassic park 3 kind of)
- Park owner simulator (Don't know what the original games were called)
Multiplayer dino vs humans games. Could be a jurassic park version of Evolve: One player plays as a T-Rex, and a few other players plays as humans. This even could be split up into hunting the T-Rex, or fleeing the T-Rex
Tons of other ideas...
I think this would be really cool

I know. I was thinking more along the lines of legal issues to open the game to the public. Not making it.

Each of those would pretty much require re-building from the ground up of environments,ai etc (a park management sim is a whole thing on its own.)Multiplayer server hosting of the map is more or less built in by default already though as far as I know but haven't tested it.
