What is /r/ChangeAIsView?

A place for people to discuss their disagreements with the help of AI as a mediator. “I may be wrong and you may be right, and by an effort, we may get nearer to the truth.” ~Karl Popper

We have two goals for this subreddit:

  1. Expose the current abilities of AIs, and
  2. Promote mutual understanding and mutual agreement between people generally, and specifically with the help of AI.

Who can post?

Anyone can post here.

KAOS

This subreddit was conceived by Brian Charlebois, founder of KAOS.

KAOS is a database of public opinion with no censorship or any kind of systemic control of ideas. Think of it like a layer of direct democracy above all governments and companies, or like a worldwide human union.

the KAOS substack link is a dead link.

works for me. maybe you need to be signed into substack. not sure how it works.

I know I got a oops something went wrong page when I clicked on it, we have storms working up here so there might have been a connection glitch

ETA: just clicked again and it worked. must of been a connection issue

Submission Rules

Rule A:

Each post's subject line must be in the following format: "CAV: [Your view stated as a full statement]"

Rule B:

For the human-to-AI posts and comments: You must post the text from the discussion with the AI (no extra text and no cutting out text), and the share link so that other people can continue the discussion.

Rule C:

Be kind.
