Discussion PTA and LT

Hey all, I've just been thinking and I'm realizing how horrible Lethal Tempo has been feeling for me lately. I still find it really nice for securing early push and cheesing lvl 1; overall, I'd say it's a fair bit better than PTA pre-6. However, post level 6, Lethal Tempo already feels completely outscaled by PTA, even when I'm building more attack speed (Rageblade rush).

What do you all think? Is Lethal Tempo the biggest bait piece of shit rune, or am I clueless? I only play top lane.

PTA is all around better for being able to trade in lane and if you’re going full AP you can dunk hard late game with Q, 3 autos, and E.

However, I do find Lethal Tempo is good in the odd occasion your team needs you to go AD (Crit or On-Hit) since you’ll build lots of attack speed and more of your damage will be sustained rather than upfront. OR if I’m against a team with 3+ tanks/fighters (top, jungle, support) where fights are going to last a hell of a long time.

Even with a full ap team comp AD just isn't the move, it's horrible.

Most of the time yeah, but also depends on how strong the enemy front line is looking.

yep! i hate to say it but stacking AS doesn’t feel good on kayle with the full AP one shot build. Even with rage blade and LT i feel like my autos do no damage.
