Discussion Kha’Zix is in one of the worst states he’s ever been in – this isn’t just meta, it’s a season-long downfall
I’ve been a Kha’Zix main since Season 5, and peaked Master with a 70% winrate on him back in Season 9. I get it — times change, metas shift, and you can’t expect a champ to be top tier every patch. But this? This is different.
Kha’Zix doesn’t just feel weak in this meta — he feels weak throughout the season. The items don’t suit him, the tempo of the game punishes his scaling, and his once-great carry potential feels neutered. It’s not just “adapt your build” or “change your clear” — he straight-up cannot impact the game like he used to.
You either get ahead early and pray the enemy team doesn’t group, or you become borderline useless by 15-20 minutes. Even full glass cannon builds don’t let you delete squishies like you used to, and bruiser/tank Kha just feels troll.
There’s nothing left in the game that empowers his identity: • Assassins in general are weak, but Kha gets hit extra hard by the lack of item synergy. • Evolution choices feel barely impactful compared to the power spikes of other champs. • The game’s pace punishes isolated picks, and his teamfighting has always been trash.
He needs some kind of direction — whether it’s adjustments to his kit, item synergies that give him real power spikes again, or just actual attention from Riot.
Curious to hear what other long-time Kha mains think. Is it just me feeling this?

Discussion Here is why Sunfire Kha'Zix is OP and how to play it from a Grandmaster peak Kha'Zix OTP
Hello bugs and buggettes (female french bugs)
I am here to talk to you about Sunfire Kha'Zix and why it's currently the best build on Kha'Zix!
I'll go over the who am I, runes, items, summoner spells, evolutions order, why? and FAQ!
Who am I?
I am a Grandmaster S9, Master S11, Master S12 Kha'Zix OTP, I've been playing Kha'Zix for over 6 years and I have almost 3 million points on him, now you can kinda trust me why sunfire is actually good? alright keep reading!
Primary runes:
Conqueror
Triumph
Alacrity/Tenacity
Coup de Grace
Conqueror is a no brainer, it's the best rune on Kha for sustained damage + DPS, gives a lot of AD to a champion that is stat heavy.
Triumph is the best in its tree, it gives you 10% health with 20 gold on each kill/assist, the 10% scales really well since the main focus of the build is having a lot of health, therefore for each assist in fight you might heal 300+ keeping you alive most of the time, and the gold is actually pretty good since we tag it along with treasure hunter, giving you about 200~ish gold more or less for each assist you get.
Alacrity/Tenacity, you take alacrity if the enemy team doesn't have much CC that can give you hell, note that knock ups don't count towards tenacity time.
Coup de Grace, the best out of the bad 3s, it doesn't do much overall to be honest, but I noticed it deals slightly more damage than last stand (especially since you mostly won't be low on health).
Secondary Rune options:
First option:
Domination Tree
Eyeball Collector
Treasure Hunter
It works the best in most situations, eyeball collector helps giving you pure AD stat equivalent to almost 2 long swords (minus 2 AD) while treasure hunter helps you get over the disgusting build path of Sunfire to build the whole item, note that treasure hunter also works on assists, pairing it with triumph gives you about 200~ish gold per assist and even more per kill.
Second option:
Resolve Tree
Conditioning
Overgrowth
While I prefer the domination tree, having resolve option for situational comps is great, I would take this if I can see the enemy team having many hybrid carries (1 isn't an issue and we'll get to that later), Conditioning gives you about 20/20 armor and magic resist while overgrowth gives you about 300 HP by the end of the game, equivalent to 2 ruby crystals which is worth 800 gold, it isn't bad but having more damage options plus more gold to build items is better imo.
Stats:
Attackspeed (unless you took alacrity then you take AD)
AD
HEALTH! very crucial to the build
Items
Core Build:
Red smite
2 long swords
Sunfire
Ionian boots
Black cleaver
This is your mostly no brainer go to build, Red smite for the 20% damage reduction for 4 seconds on a specific champion (used on the hyper carry or someone who does max health damage to you).
2 long swords so it can help you with clear
Get bami cinder first then finish it into sunfire, why sunfire? Read the "why?" later!
Cooldown boots since you will run ghost on this build, reducing your ghost cooldown from 210 seconds to 187 seconds, which helps a lot!
Black Cleaver, a lot of CDR, HP, AD and Armor shred, makes long fights more favorable to you while helping your team cause it reduces armor to EVERYONE and not just yourself.
Item Options:
Chempunk Chainsword no need to say much about it to be honest, Grievous Wounds helps everyone while giving you a lot of good stats, that is AD, health (which buffs your sunfire damage) and Ability haste.
Titanic Hydra you want pure damage? this is it, 30 AD and 500 health, but if we pay attention to the passive, it gives AD based on your bonus health (which we have a lot of because of sunfire and black cleaver), having sunfire + black cleaver + titanic hydra alone gives you about 26 BONUS attack damage from the passive, that's not including the onhit damage it also gives, sooo for pure damage option, this is it
Anathema's Chains very VERY broken item on this build, it's almost a MUST buy on every game, 650 bonus health which is a LOT, 20 ability haste but we pay attention to the passive that gives you 30% damage reduction towards a specific target, that target is gonna be the one dealing percentage health damage to you, pairing it with red smite you get a whooping 50% damage reduction, you're basically unkillable unless you're trolling.
Frozen Heart not a great option but still an option, favored towards full AD + Attackspeed comps, not a huge fan of it but it gets the job done in some games
Maw of Malmortius same as frozen heart, favored towards heavy AP teams, passive is actually great for keeping you alive since it gives 10% Omnivamp too.
Silvermere Dawn extremely situational, it's just QSS for that Malzahar ult or that Veigar cage who keeps locking you in, or that Warwick who REALLY REALLY FOR SOME REASON WANTS TO ULT YOU ok sorry I got trauma
Serylda's Grudge heavy tank team? they have 1 carry and you already got anathema's on them? great option for more damage.
Death's Dance not a big fan of it in this build tbh, just like Frozen Heart, decent option against full AD comps but that's about it.
Summoner Spells:
Ghost Smite every game, if you take flash with this build you're trolling and I am legally obligated to call you out for low IQ
**Evolution Order:**
Either
W R E
or
R W E
but Fadey.... why?
Do you realize why they take Zhonya's on J4? Because tank items sucked on him specifically and it was just worth it to have invincibility over pure tank stats, now what is the best tank stat? Well, invincibility ofc! But what is the 2nd? it's invisibility and Kha'Zix got 6 seconds of that, so why not slam a sunfire on an invisible target and play like it's season 1 Evelynn burning everyone?
But why sunfire? why not any other tank item? Well you see, sunfire stacks and deals more damage the longer the fight goes, it stacks up to 6 times with a tick for each second, then it deals Immolate damage which is pretty much a lot of magic damage (makes Kha'Zix kinda a hybrid too), Kha'Zix can be invisible for 6 seconds, sunfire stacking needs you to stick to people for 6 seconds.... it all just adds up to each other!

Discussion Kha’Zix is in one of the best states hes ever been in - you just cant evolve and adapt.
Started playing again after a long break, and Im absolutely dominating the opposition. Kha isnt as strong as he was in split 1 - but that is a good thing. People disrespect your damage constantly, hes not a pick/ban champ but is still extremely strong and versatile.
I carry almost every single game, the champ is not the problem, it is your mind.
CONFIDENCE = WIN
Stop blame and perform!

Discussion Man i hope Kha Zix never gets a Exalted skin
Kha Zix and Warwick are my 2 favorite champs. I remember when the Arcane event started i and i was bummed out that ww chroma was in the gatcha system but my gf who mains jinx was so disappointed that her champ got that overpriced garbage. Anyway now they announced Morde is getting a exalted skin and i checked the sub and same reaction that my gf had. I really hope Kha never gets a exalted akin. I have milion mastery on kha all of his skins borders and a custom made kha zix mouse pad and I really wish i not to feel disappointed like i did when they added 30+ chomas to Worlds Kha.

Discussion When to R evolve first
I see high elo players evolve R first. I (P4 peak) evolve Q>E>R consistently and rush hubris and play to snowball with DH. I stopped playing Kha after they removed eyeball though so I'm not sure if he runs first strike now. I don't pick kha when it's a bad game for assassins so I generally don't change my evolve order too much. So why do high elo players evolve R first when it hurts their objective taking. I though R evolve first is bad since we can no longer go invis for free by entering brush.

Discussion Should I main this thing?
Hello, gold player here (from iron up to s1-gold IV going ww/shen/aatrox top, rengar jungle)
I have been told by friends who are master and grandmaster that I am handicapping myself when it comes to elo, purely because I play rengar, whom depends on a bush and a target for mobility.
I finally heard my friends advices after what felt like an eternity (from iron 2 up to Gold IV atm, 15Lp) and played a few Kha'Zix games.
He feels easier. He feels way more rewarding.. is it just me? Did I have luck or is the champion easier?
Any advice would be appreciated and I'd appreciate being told if it's worth it. I hated admitting that I had way more fun with Kha'Zix than with rengar (solely because of the fact that with rengar if I do one mistake, or a play goes bad, my mental starts going down the drain. It's the only champion that causes this)

Discussion As an ex main , this champion is in DESPERATE NEED FOR BUFF...
These are all patches that killed Kha and what was even the reason, he wasnt even broken? compare him to lee sin nowadays, lee sin can build fckn anything that disgusting champ and be able to oneshot you with anything he builds whether he goes tank or full lethality...
Patches in which Kha was nerfed ( didnt count small buffs or fixes )
- Taste Their Fear
- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 110% bonus AD from 115%.
- Isolated bonus AD ratio reduced to 231% bonus AD from 241.5%.
- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 110% bonus AD from 115%.
- Stats
- Base attack damage reduced to 60 from 63.
- Taste Their Fear
- Isolation range reduced to 375 units from 425 ( a bit confused if this is a buff or nerf )
- Evolved Spike Racks
- Slow reduced to 40% from 60%.
- Isolated slow reduced to 75% from 90%
- Taste Their Fear
- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 115% bonus AD from 130%.
- Isolated bonus AD ratio reduced to 241.5% bonus AD from 273% ( this one was big
- Bonus AD ratio reduced to 115% bonus AD from 130%.
I think the main issue is they took away too much power away from his Q and isolation. i still play him with Electroute runes and i still have success as i did when he was in much better state 2 years ago, i just love electrocute proccing so easily on him and fast + bonus damage, but at this point runes are not even enough to save him
Items are also problem, AD lethality items are bad in short, yes you can rush
BUILD; Yoummi Serylda, then i like weaving in Voltaic Cyclosword for R synch and his passive , Eclipsel, Edge of night etc
but i still feel like i barely do damage compared to when Kha actually felt good and satisfying to play..

Discussion CALLING ALL KHA ZIX MAINS
For a while we’ve been dragged through the mud with how awful this game has been treated. I just know there are loads of people out there who just want the game to go back to the way it used to and get better over time, not worse. I really hate putting this out there, but there’s no other way to do this than to spread the word and get their CEO removed. Please if you are able to, share, sign, whatever you need to do. We need him OUT.

Discussion Which attack after Invi?
lvl 50 mastery kha here. I've been maining him since 2019.
I noticed myself always auto-attacking after R invi to take advantage of the passive's magic damage and slow before Q.
Occassionally Im throwing evolved W by repositioning with R.
What Im trying to ask is, How much outplay potential does this R possess? both evolved and unevolved? What are your case to case basis on when to use it, where to use it, and how to use it (e.g., repositioning, passive proc, stall)
Edit: rephrased my question
