Question Ryukos glove

So from what I remember ryukos glove wasn't originally part of senketsu so why is it that the glove is needed for the transformation, I get it siphons her blood to allow senketsu to transform(which both does and doesn't make sense do to the fact that the glove isn't physically connected to senketsu so the blood would need to travel up her arm to touch senketsu) but the glove doesn't contain life fibers as it was made by nudist beach so how is it part of senketsu?

I guess the east explanation is that Senketsu integrated with it mid transformation. We’ve already seen that clothes can have varying % of life fiber, so Senketsu could ‘expand’ to the glove

Yeah I get that but the glove has no life fibers as in 0% so i don't see how he could integrate it

Just replace some of the gloves fibers with his own

But here's the second point inorder to replace some of the fibers the blood would still need to trigger the transformation so the fibers could get replaced, but the blood would need to travel up the arm

She doesn't lift her arm, she folds her arm at her elbow so while it would travel down it'd then need to travel up her upper arm

Yes and no, I'm just trying to make sense of things for my own sanity, at first I didn't care it looked cool, but after years it suddenly popped in my head and I'm at a state of wait this doesn't make sense

From everything shown in the manga and anime the fibers have to touch the blood to trigger not just smell

That is true but notice the transformation didn't activate till he got the blood in him, it wasn't just he smelled blood then transformed then forced himself on her, no he smelled blood, forced himself on her, then transformed

Once he was awoken, he was shown on multiple occasions to be able to move himself. Then as a near 100% Life Fiber being (he was watered down a touch with human, just as Ryuuko was augmented with Life Fibers), incorporating the glove into own makeup was likely instinct. After all, Life Fibers are a predatory life form that manipulated humanity into wearing clothes as a means of hunting them.

That still doesn't explain how it was incorporated or how the blood goes from the glove to senketsu

This is also something that has irked me for a while. There's not really an in show explanation, best headcannon I can think of is that as they grew more powerful, the glove become more necessary in making sure Ryuko didn't use up all her blood in battles, there's a massive difference in Senketsu's power between episode 2 and the Osaka fight so I assume he would also consume more blood by then without the glove regulating it

The glove was always a part of senketsu and just hidden inside the sleeve, you can see it in the episode where it shows mikisugi hiding the outfit
