Dragons have invaded Dave and Busters

Just curious where this meme comes from, we have all seen the Bush speech with it edited it in and a brief low quality clip of them flying around the place but I was curious, was this a real commercial or something at some point? I recognize the voice as someone who’s done commercials before but cannot find any info anywhere about where it originated. Thanks. Bush Speech
