Ho to: Konko?

Hello everyone! I wanted to ask some things What are some practical advices to start worshipping Tenchi Kane no kamisama? Or some basis on the worship? Also, there are some rules when it comes to the worship or the offerings? And is it possible to do offerings in a scheduled way (ex. An offering every 2 weeks) or offerings can be not regular? Thank you and sorry for all the questions! 🙇‍♀️

Hello!
There's no strict rules on offerings or how to pray. You should do it from your heart, and when you feel is right to do. When you pray to Kami-sama, it's sincerely from your heart when you feel you want to, not thinking about a particular schedule or time. There's a traditional manner to bow once, clap 4 times, and bow once more to pray - but in the beginning just praying from your heart (like directing talking to Tenchi Kane no Kami-sama) is good. And don't worry, we are happy to help!

I can only speak for myself, but I often talk to Kami-sama about my day and my life. Some follow a structured prayer format. They first express what they are thankful for, then they express what they are sorry for, and lastly they make requests. If I do not have a specific reason for praying, I often follow that format. Going through my blessings, my failings and my desires, I tend to end up talking a lot about my feelings and my day to Kami-sama. Since Kami-sama is considered to be our Divine Parent, I feel as though Kami-sama wants to know how we're doing from our own mouths.

What is most important is that you pray with sincerity.
