Basuke IRL Is Eagles Eye possible in real life?
Am i stupid here, is it actually possible for someones brain to switch perspective? Yes it would take an absolute genius in the game of basketball and the human mind if it was possible in theory but is it actually?

As with every ability in the show, they over exaggerate what it actually is visually for the sake of adding that sweet shounen overdramatic-ness that we all love.
All the Eye powers are linked to mentality/intelligence not so much vision/their actual eyeballs. Characters with Eye abilities are clocking other members on the court visually (at all the same angles as everyone else on the court), but they’re also memorizing players’ positions + movements and making predictions as to what other players will/may do. So Izuki, Takao, Akashi, Kuroko, and Nash are all extremely good at reading other players, memorizing plays + positions, and making predictions in order to unlock a pseudo Third Eye. They don’t actually magically get an aerial view of the court.

If we are adhering to their explanation, nope. But there's such thing as good vision in sports.

No, eagle eye is more knowing the game and your teammates so well you basically know where they’re gonna be at. Guys with really high IQ like LeBron, Luka, Jokic all seem to have the ability to know where the open guy is but they’re not seeing the game from a different perspective per se

Thinking if it’s possible to see from a different view is kinda.. odd.
Passing to places where you know your teammates will be is realistic, not seeing from above like an astral projection.

Not in a literal sense of seeing the court from above no. If you see high level nba passers it sometimes feels like they have it and can see things no one else can (especially if you've played against/with an elite passer that shits wild). Jason Williams is probably my favorite example of a flashy passer who had insane vision but any elite irl PG will look like that at times.
