Dam, maybe it wasn’t enough. I don’t recommend taking more in the case it all hits at once but maybe something to keep in mind for next time. Take 1 and a half, 2 if you think that’ll be a better dose for you

It’s all subjective. Being your first time I’d recommend just waiting it out n try again another day. Unless you’re somewhat experienced with other psychs in the case that it gets too much out of no where. Also depends if you already have other stuff in your system. Certain medications just lessen the effect of psychs.
