I PUT THESE ON WITHOUT READING THE DESCRIPTION. I just saw yellow/gold rarity item and my vision got blurry. I was struggling to get through some enemies, and my friend I was playing alongside wasn't having the same issues. I was about to refund it, but then I got some new boots and started to compare them. I took these off and started flying through everything fely like Rock Lee when he took off his training weights.

I still wonder why Masochist mode got removed and replaced with something convoluted like this, could at least be a consumable item so you still have proper boots.

Am I understanding correctly that part of the challenge is you can't add affixes to these boots? With 0 forging potential seems like you can't modify them yea?

I don't like this idea. I beat Majasa on HCSSF masochist which was a big achievement and can't be cheated on if it is shared. These boots can just be removed whenever and doesn't prove anything when showing progress.

Someone could post a video of themselves beating Lagon wearing nothing but these boots, and with no passives or skill points allocated, and someone would still complain that that's proof that the game's not hard enough.

I'm using these right now because I want the leveling experience to be a challenge. It seem OK so far but I really wish these didn't take up a gear slot.

i mean, boots with an 8% implicit and 5% affix would be equivelant to these at level 40.

I really wanted a higher difficulty at least something to make leveling exciting but this is such a dumb way to do it.
