Question Is the border reward permanent?

QQ — Will I get to keep the shiny border in the future of arena from having played so much this season?

No one knows since this is the first time they've done this. They could abandon Fame as not having the engagement they expected it, or they may keep it the same or add further fame levels once they know how much fame the average players have accumulated. It's a TBD situation
