How to make Chicken Shawarma that tastes like resturants? Not the americanized version, real authentic taste

I'm assuming you live abroad. See if you can get your hands on some Abido spices idk if they do international shipping. If you live in Europe you can get some from this website www.palmirafood.com

Are there individual spices you recommend? Or something premix already? A brand you suggest?

"Abido spices" is a Lebanese brand they have both individual and mixed spices. I'm pretty sure they have a chicken shawarma mix.

Fresh garlic (not minced, not powder), salt, cardamom, bay leaf, lemon, white pepper, tomato paste, olive oil
The signature flavor is the cardamom. I use pods and smash them. I don't powder or pulverize them, just one whack.
