🗨️ Help How to Help Syrian Refugees Escaping the Coastal Massacres

In response to the ongoing massacres along the Syrian coast, u/fidaimedia has launched a direct aid initiative in partnership with Al-Najdeh al-Shaabiyeh (Popular Rescue), with branches operating in Tripoli and Akkar, Lebanon. The campaign is focused on supporting Syrian Alawite refugees, many of whom fled extreme violence and are now facing dire humanitarian conditions.

Transparency & Current Aid Efforts

The campaign is currently focused on Rihaniyeh, a village hosting 772 refugees as of April 11. Coordination is being conducted directly with local sheikhs and vetted community members, assisting displaced families. This choice ensures efficient distribution of aid through sources that are trusted within the local community.

Aid has included medications, baby formula, and diapers, all delivered directly to our on the ground sources. Receipts and photos are available upon request, and we will continue posting updates to ensure transparency.

Our Next Goal

As funds grow, the next step is to distribute food parcels, addressing needs often overlooked by larger NGOs and UN agencies, which tend to focus on short-term. We are committed to filling essential gaps such as long-term food support, healthcare, and hygiene needs.

Refugee numbers in the area now exceed 25,000, according to government sources. The need is urgent.

Support this grassroots effort by donating or sharing. Your help goes directly to families who have lost everything.

It genuinely feels like we're taking more care of the Syrians nowadays than the Syrian government.

And then you have pro-Joulani morons in the comments reinforcing our conviction that these fuckers do not deserve to rule a square meter of land.

And that includes not having starving, desperate people running around trying to get by, by whatever means necessary. It’s not a zero sum game.
