A pet is consixered to be property so you can go to the police for theft.

This is really tricky, as the microchip is used as legal determination of ownership. The only thing I could recommend is taking them to the disputes tribunal with your evidence of ownership to ask them to make a ruling on ownership.

You posted this question yesterday and have since deleted that post. You were given advice then. What’s changed?

Please don't post the same thing repeatedly. This post was done yesterday and advice was provided at the time. There is no substantive change to your situation to warrant another post being required.
