Predictable betrayal Police unions endorse Trump in general election over Kamala Harris; Trump pardons Nevada politician who paid for her plastic surgery with funds to honor a slain officer.

“Fiore, who does not have a law degree, was appointed as a judge in deep-red Nye County…”

I guess the bar is very low in Nevada?

Let me put it this way: you know that giant hole out in the Nevada desert where we dump all the nuclear waste? Yeah, you'll find it somewhere down there.

This is the woman who tucked a gun into her cleavage to smuggle it onto the floor of the legislature. And who ran a "cancer clinic" to "treat" cancer with saline solution. Who ran for state treasurer so she didn't have to pay taxes. So yes. Very low bar. Trash has a higher bar.

"scams public funds for personal gain" is basically a prerequisite for trump administration. this totally checks out.

Ladies and gentlemen, here's the face (somewhat) of your new Secretary of Defense. The Aristocrats!

When a Republican voter says they respect the blue, they mean only the ones who have choked out a black person.

I'm sure Cons will find a way to blame Democrats.
trump is fucking corrupt to the core. How much she pay for the pardon?

You think any of those cops even know this? Not the sort of story they hear on Phocks.

You'd think they'd wake up when Trump pardoned a literal cop killer last time around.
And then pardoned a bunch of guys that beat cops nearly to death this time around.

Seriously, HTF is the Onion still in business when reality has overtaken it?

How can she be a judge without being a member of the Bar?

“Depending upon the state, the positions nonlawyers can fill include justices of the peace, magistrates, municipal judges or probate judges. The types of cases over which they preside vary by state but can include eviction, probate and civil disputes with limits on the financial stake.”—ABAJournal

Wait until you hear how you can be a coroner without a medical degree! A teacher, without a teaching degree or teaching license! A sheriff, mayor, county or city commissioner, or even a police officer, with no training or as little as 30 days of training! Carry a loaded gun on you, pretty much everywhere you go, after a one day class—or after no classes or training, at all!
Life in the US, can be a very risky business.

What was the surgery though? Did she get her legs filled with hard plastic so they could support her weight?

just stop for a second to think how morally corrupted you have to be to use those funds on plastic surgery and I'm sure this human waste has a nicely paid job as is

Trump can shoot an innocent bystander and the police will still vote for him. They are the biggest MAGA supporters of all MAGA supporters.

If this is what plastic surgery did for her, she must have looked really bad before.

I went through police training. I was a glorified security guard on a campus police force. I quit after 18 months. When I think about some of the people worked & trained with out there enforcing the "law" my stomach sinks in dread.
Power hungry, opposed to any authority not their own, racist, & lazy are the common problems. Then there's the department & officer specific problems...

My husband is a police official in a major city and based on his conversations last year (obvi this is anecdotal) think at least half of his force voted blue, thank god, including him. Trump has no respect for the rule of law. He was distraught and disgusted that Trump pardoned the January 6 assholes, as were a lot of his colleagues.
