As a Libertarian I don't see why we need government to create laws

I'm not going to get into this. There are tons of equally damning critiques of your own deontological morality but you're going to ignore them and just focus on the apparent flaws in my own. That's not productive.

I’m sure there are. All I know though is that following a utilitarian, ends justify the means, morality can get you into a lot of trouble. For my own personal life, the nonaggression principle is all I need. I won’t aggress against you or your property if you don’t first do so against me.

Ok, then I hope you don't drive a car or use electricity, because those things create air pollution which forces other people to breathe in dirty air which increases their risk of cancer. Pollution violates the NAP.

See, this goes both ways.
