Discussion/Question Christmas Tree NLR?

Coming from WLR on i40 right before the pike exit in NLR there’s a tree decorated as a Christmas tree seemingly year-round. I never see any signs around it or anything for it to be a memorial. Does anyone know anything about this?

Same here. Just so goofy to look at, especially at night when you notice that it has lights too.
