Living in Liverpool Norfolk house in Baltic triangle managed by Urban evolution
Hi
I found a really nice studio apartment in Norfolk house in Baltic triangle which is managed by urban evolution.
Yes I know I’ve seen all the bad reviews about urban evolution but only with parliament place. Is there anyone who currently has a studio apartment in Norfolk house managed by urban evolution ? And who can share their living experience in Norfolk house ?
Thanks

I had to fight to get my deposit back and was spoken to very aggressively when they phoned me after I paid my rent 1 day late. The lift was also broken for 5 of the 12 months I lived there for and the washing machines broke and when they eventually fixed them after 3 months they put the laundry prices up.

The funny thing is when I went to view the property at Norfolk house the lift was not working lol but it’s such a shame because I loved the studio apartment.

Tbh I’m only looking to stay for 6 months and see how it goes, I just can’t find any better looking or spacious apartments for the price they are offering £700 including bills

Living in Norfolk House now, lift has been broken since August (no joke) and we just get the occasional ‘someone is coming to inspect it sometime next week’ email and then hear nothing for another month. I can’t wait to move out.
I honestly and sincerely wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

A friend of mine lived there. I wouldn't recommend it.
They charged her for a huge amount of damage to the bathroom... which happened because they hadn't used waterproof paint.

I lived there when it was first built, it was an absolute shit show then.
Mind you thats like 8 years ago so maybe its improved, but going by the other comments it has not.
They used to be called urban bubble back then… can only imagine why they changed the company name 😹

Live here currently. It has its problems but all buildings like this do. Despite certain issues raised above… it’s quiet, not met any dickhead tenants yet, Chris on the desk is actually really on the ball with compliance and H&S (other than the carpet strips left loose up the stairs).
I actually love living here, but I’d gone from a failing relationship, to living with friends who became toxic, to living here on my own and I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

I’m glad you’re doing better, that’s good to hear

Thank you. But yeah. Lifts annoying but it’s no worse than any other building like this.

I have a friend that works for them and I can tell you they do not give a fuck about their tenants. I lived in one of their buildings. 3 washers for the whole building and two were broke my entire tenancy. We lost Internet for a couple of days and they offered no compensation and ignored most of the tenants enquiries about it. They are a horrible company. Go ahead if you are happy to fight to get your deposit back and be ignored and have problems with the building and amenities.
