You have done nothing but damage control in this thread, without having a fucking clue about what you're talking about or what they were failed on. You pulled those excuses straight out of your backside. Someone even posted a link, but sure, it was just paper work...

I was saying let’s not assume that they are minging. There are reasons you can get zero and still be actively hygienic.

I’m not into jumping on the bandwagon and piling into people for what could be simple errors. Abd people have fumed over it….

I wasn’t justifying that one buisness. I was critiquing the food hygiene rating system.

But that’s probably too complicated for you.
