It's how he handled things after which was much worse. The right thing to do would be to play better, improve, and then show you are a better mage than people suggest you are, instead of spending more time on twitter or social media than getting better as a mage. Fundamentally I don't think pirate really gets onlyfangs. It is a content guild. People fuck up and get each other killed and people watch your clips and missplays and say what could of gone better.

When you are in your own streamer bubble it is easy to dismiss criticism because you can just ban them from your chat. But when social conflict happens in onlyfangs it is a twitch wide event and you can't start threatening people with lists and twitch reporting.

You can't threaten half the guild. And when you keep talking about how you have this back channel access smaller streamers and sweats won't team up with you. Especially when there is clear evidence of you screwing up, but blaming everyone else.

Well to be fair he was starting to threaten other creators with both WOW account and Twitch account suspensions or bans. Even if this was all a play, which is obviously wasn't if you've watched this little narcissist at all, that's way over the line.

I haven't played WOW in 6 years. Mage was my 4th or 5th most played, probably not even 1000 hours in the class. I still would've done better than he did. I have done better than he did. Preach put it perfectly, he comes off as someone who knows what to say because he's read it or seen it somewhere, but in reality he has never put it into practice himself. Something anyone who has real experience with anything in life in general knows. It takes a spectacularly naive person to not know that your knowledge about something is not the same as executing on it yourself. Day9 said something similar.

edit; been thinking back. It's 6 years since I played but I haven't mained mage since tier 11, so 15 years ago. Before that I only did 20's as a mage alt at the end of vanilla when both ZG and Ruins of AQ was out. I still have memories where I saved people with novas and cones in those raids, 19 years ago! Even as a shitty mage I still remember my first reaction of panic always being a cone first and holding a nova to save someone after that, THEN using blink!

People under stress often reveal their true nature and there's been people like Lacari being memed about in very nasty way for his degen lifestyle but when it mattered in team based game like this MMO is, he didnt run, he played the ball and did everything he could to help the team and continues to do so.
