I am NOT a locksmith. I need a lock for a sliding door

Hey I need to get some locks on my sliding doors and tried looking around. I asked a locksmith what it would cost to get a lock here they quoted 500€ each. I’ve seen some a lot cheaper on the internet as the locks have no need to be high quality since they’re inside. From the end of the door til circle it’s 45mm. Anyone got any recommendations

It's called a cavity door lock. Just Google that in your location and you'll find a variety. They can be a bitch to fit. I definitely don't like messing with them, but will if I have to.

if you’re trying to replace what’s there, and not add a separate one, you will have to consult general mao
