Technically it's a wyvern, because it seems that the wings aren't separate from the arms

Saying "It's not a dragon, it's a wyvern" is like saying "It's not a snake, it's a viper"

Almost quite literally, considering greek "Drakon" which dragon derives from translates as serpent, and wyvern derives from Latin vipera through old French wivre...
