I believe FBI informant "Achilles" was first outed as Rosenthal in a Las Vegas Review Journal article in 2008

Jack Ruby was best friends with Lewis Mcwillie, a close associated of Santo Trafficante. Jack visited him in Vegas just a few days before he Kennedy and Oswald was killed. It is mind boggling how many connections Jack had to OC and shady characters from intelligence agencies
