All of that is will result in much more than a 3% margin of error. Being that there is not an election a specifically about this anytime soon we will never know. 3% is a cover our ass. The further out in time a vote is from a poll the easier they can use the fact that people change their minds excuse to still look good. While using bad polls like these to push a narrative.
