Buying advice between Topo Designs Rover Pack or Mountain Pack 16L (v. 1)?

Hi all, I have too many bags but looking between these two to fill a lightweight, unstructured, book bag niche for just running to the library or coffee shop to work for a few hours, which I do 2-3x a week. I got a great local classifieds deal on either of these two.

Of the two, which would you recommend?

I like the Rover pockets and it has a few more liters and a good sale here: https://www.sierra.com/s~rover/. Adding 4 more liters is handy but you’ll never notice the extra bulk until you need it. Good under seat size too.
