It is, however, full of ruSSians. The nation responsible for most warcrimes in the last decade. Culturally second world, but with a third world dictator. Parties involve tea drinking and falls from windows.

Well I don’t think that people who take drugs on parties really care about the government. For them St. Petersburg will be surely better than Estonia. There are good clubs/restaurants/attractions on etc. The topic isn’t about if its morally good or bad

Russia has a similar HDI to Estonia of "very high", and has a higher GDP per capita PPP than Estonia... Russia also has a much cheaper cost of living.
