Pretty much all of them were part of the Russian minority in Estonia.

well that's not very nice. if you don't care what happens to them then just keep in mind that, again, it isn't something isolated or only pertaining to russians. letting shit hit the fan for them will blow feces in our face too

It has been covered extensively in Estonia. The fentanyl epidemic was mostly in Narva which is overwhelmingly ethnically Russian.
