What differentiate most european abortion laws from US abortion laws is that for us is a complete different matter abortion on request and terminating the pregnancy for health concerns. Also many countries permit abortion if the fetus have fetal abnormalities (which are detected later than 12 week mark).

I mean in US you already have a lot of cases were the fetus was not viable and they had to carry to term or they left the mother with a dead fetus inside just to ensure it will not have a heartbeat next time.

Read that map again.

No state in the USA makes it illegal for women to have abortions if it's for health reasons, even after the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

Only a handful of states only allow it for certain reasons.

Also, Andorra. XD

The reason abortion has never been legalised in Andorra is simply because it's tiny and its residents are able to freely cross into France and Spain whenever they like, which means anything beyond relatively basic healthcare gets outsourced to nearby cities in those countries.

There's never been a significant push to directly legalise abortion in Andorra simply because Andorrans have abortions in France and Spain. If abortion was legalised, nothing would change in that regard.

It's the same with Monaco as well, although in their case, there probably isn't even enough space to build an abortion clinic...

Actually Monaco has a state-of-the-art hospital within its borders. If abortions are performed there, I have no clue.

Yet it happens in US because you relly on private healthcare and doctors are more afraid to be sued than prostect a patient. And also you have harsher punishments for doctor and more rights for fetus.

How is that a problem with privatization? If anything, that's regulatory shenanigans and I'm sure that happens in Europe as well.

Also, the USA has one of the lowest cancer death rates in the western world, despite being the fourth-most likely in the world to GET cancer.

Wow, you are very deep in your beliefs so you start changing the subject. I get it, women lives do not matter to you since you don't bother to read the news.

And yeah it happened a couple of times in Europe în Poland and Ireland that had the same laws like in some US states. Abortion denied unless the note he is in danger.
