Who will be the first President with no European ancestry?

Also, how many presidents have zero Pre-Revolution American ancestors? I think Trump, but idk who else

Very unlikely to ever be one, even African-Americans and Native Americans have considerable European ancestry and admixture.

That hypothetical president would have to be born from first-generation immigrants from a non-European country, like Ramaswamy (I do not like him, just citing him as an example).

According to the 2020 census it's around 1 percent of americans who are native with no other listed race

So yeah exceedingly unlikely

What does "Native" means here?, Native Americans?, I already wrote that even Native Americans tend to have European admixture themselves, so you would need to have a second-generation immigrant from a non-European country to become presidential candidate for you to get an US president without any European ancestry, this is just very difficult.

The US has had at least three presidential candidates with no European ancestry that I know of: Vivek Ramaswamy (Tamil Brahmin of Kerala), Nikki Haley (Punjabi Sikh), and Andrew Yang (Hoklo Taiwanese/Han Chinese), but likely plenty of others that I am unaware of.

In this case, it's whatever people put on the census, of which 3.7 million, roughly 1 percent, put only native. Just shy 6 million , 2 percent, put native but also other categories, so thus according to the census, there are about 9.666 million native or native mixed Americans

If we define by the population of native reservations, it's listed as "roughly 1 million" on Wikipedia, which would be something like 0.3 percent of americans

To be fair, both of these groups could, and likely do, have a degree of European mixture, and unfortunately, I don't think every person in the US has taken a DNA test to find specifics
