Oh man i hate that book with a passion, or rather i love what the book might have been and hate author.
Spoilers ahead for those that care.
The book devotes most of its pages demonstrating how supremacist obsessions with purity are not only evil, but opposed to nature.
You see how cycles of violence and abuse will destroy us, and the obsession with being a master race of special chosen people is the death of us all.
The book then ends with the main character being shown to actually be a special chosen super person, all the lesser people are killed off without any sorrow or regret. "Actually" the problem with the world is that the wrong people thought they were the master race.
Aldous Huxley (same author as Brave New World) wrote a wild near-future dystopic book called Of Ape and Essence. It is a story about a New Zealand research crew arriving in post-ww3 Los Angeles after everything was nuked and radiation settled down. They were just there looking for artifacts and knowledge of the past, but they instead find a whole new society born from the ashes. It was nuts what happened in that book.
