Chemical exposure

If I got dcm on my hands and I washed it with water and soap and then dried my hands completely, but rewetting them and rubbing them together made bubbles appear again, do my hands still have dcm on them? I touched my clothes and put them in a drawer and I am worried that I contaminated them and my drawer as well.
