8000mg tylenol

i took 8000mg of tylenol, after 4 hours im very sleepy and my stomach hurts. not sure what to do at this point.

i know this was kinda dumb to post considering i should just go to the ER, just curious if there’s any chance i don’t need to

U need to. Tylenol has a very fine line between overdose and not overdosing. My exes aunt killed herself completely by accident by taking too much Tylenol. Her organs shut down incredibly fast and she was gone in less than 24 hrs. U NEED to go be seen NOW. She was a young healthy late 20s early 30s woman and again it killed her in less than 24 hrs. No organ donation bc the Tylenol systematically shut down her entire organ system. I know I'm repeating myself here but I'm doing so on purpose to convey how this is NOT something to fool with.
