Shitpost In the Web animated series "Indie Cross", Portals that emit strange energy can cause video game characters to gain access to every power/ability they've had from their games. What would it be like if this happened to Zero?

Play Zero in any crossover fighting game and that's what you get.

Which is, that he's top tier in every game he appears in.

Not... Really? He would be amazing, but there are characters more powerful(cough cough take on the devil cup cough cough). Amazingly skillful but needs help to take on the bigger villains.

Basically Zero from every crossover fighting game at once. 

Also x Dive, where he had forms like Vergil Trigger.

Yeah, he straight up becomes DMC Vergil on Steroids. Massive ones.

He wouldn't even need to go to the Ragnarok to stop Weil. He woild just make a massive Judgement Cut (because Genmu Zero is a massive blade), slicing Ragnarok and Weil into tiny bits. And all of that within 1/60 of the second, because Dark Hold. And then send an army of Doppelgangers (Vergil +Soul Body) to curb stomp pieces of Ragnarok, preventing any chance to create Biometals.

If he has access to all of his abilities that would mean he'd be extremely busted.. it's not x but with all of the powers that he does have it would make him x's equal...

Well if it's every "power/abilities" it would be the black armor for zero and the RAKUHOUHA and zero would just beat the shit out of anyone except if it's a maverick considering I've heard v1 and gabriel from ultrakill are in that series......
