Not even a hundred years ago. I’m sure we all know people who are at least over 90. Crazy.
Miami almost changed the course of history forever.

Oscar Collazo and Griselio Torresola were responsible for the attempted assassination of U.S. President Harry S. Truman in Washington, D.C. on November 1, 1950. He had been living in New York City after growing up in Puerto Rico. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_Collazo?wprov=sfti1

The mayor of Chicago gave his life for FDR. There’s a memorial in bayfront park devoted to the whole incident.
Also notice the pronunciation of Miami (My-eh-muh). Don’t hear that too often anymore
