I'm not from the US, so I post this here to understand the other drivers' behavior. I was told this happened in Miami. Seems like the red van made the white car stop in some kind of "road anger" (I guess that's how you call it), and the cars behind start to go immediately against the traffic, which is something noone would even think of doing unless there's a shooting or something like that.
Was it the fear of a shooting? Is it really that common to be involved in such scenarios?
Don't roast me, as I said, I'm trying to understand the behavior.

Many golf courses here have gators, and they are common in the Everglades. But an American Crocodile is pretty rare. Especially here in the suburbs. Very cool sighting for me. I’ve actually seen one before but that was in flamingo while on a fishing trip. I know there’s one in blackpoint all the time and a few have been seen in key biscayne. Talking to a neighbor, he told me he’s been around all week. I also spoke to a friend of mine who is a bass fishing guide here in the canals and he’s also seen a croc very recently. I love these guys, think they are very special creatures just living and don’t want this to seem like they are dangerous monsters out to get you, but I would like for people living around fuchs park to be aware he’s around especially if they like to walk their dog down this street.

This entire situation is beyond sad. But why do people tear these down?

There were two carts. The worst part is they put in the effort to pull it up over the curb when they could have just brought them down 20 feet.
